01Lima+
Days 1–2 & 12–14 · Arrival in Peru, flights to Cusco and back from Iquitos, Plaza de Armas, Parque de las Fuentes, and return to the US.
02Cusco+
Days 2–4 & 7–8 · Acclimatize and explore Plaza Mayor, Tambomachay, Puca Pucara, Q’enco, Saqsaywaman and Qoricancha. Return after Machu Picchu before flying to Iquitos.
03Pisac+
Day 4 · Day trip from Cusco to Pisac.
04Moray+
Day 5 · Visit Moray before continuing to Ollantaytambo.
05Ollantaytambo+
Days 5–7 · Explore and stay overnight. Train departure for KM 104; return by train on Day 7, then drive to Cusco.
06KM 104 / Chachabamba area+
Day 6 · Approximate starting area for the mini Camino Inca after the train from Ollantaytambo. Scheduled hike: 14.5 km.
07Machu Picchu+
Days 6–7 · Mini Camino Inca arrival; return for sunrise photographs and exploration of the citadel on Day 7.
08Machu Picchu Pueblo+
Days 6–7 · Stay at Inkaterra Machu Picchu Pueblo Hotel. Base for the citadel visit and return train to Ollantaytambo.
09Iquitos · Amazon River & Rainforest+
Days 8–11 · Stay in Iquitos and explore the Amazon River and rainforest. Excursion locations are confirmed with your guides. Fly to Lima on Day 12.
10Barranca+
Day 12 · Barranca and beach excursion, as listed in the itinerary.
11Miraflores+
Day 13 · Explore Miraflores, followed by Lima’s Plaza de Armas and Parque de las Fuentes.

Exploration of Cusco with visits to Tambomachay, Puca Pucara, Q’enco, Saqsaywaman.
Day 4Qoricancha and Pisac+
Exploration of Cusco continues with Qoricancha. Day trip to Pisac.
Day 5Moray and Ollantaytambo+
Day trip to Moray. Travel to Ollantaytambo. Explore Ollantaytambo and stay there.
Day 6Mini Camino Inca+
Train from Ollantaytambo to KM 104 on the Hiram Bingham VistaDome Train. Hike the mini Camino Inca (14.5 km). Stay at Inkaterra Machu Picchu Pueblo Hotel.
Day 7Machu Picchu and Cusco+
Day trip to Machu Picchu for sunrise photos and exploration of the citadel. Return to Ollantaytambo on Hiram Bingham VistaDome. Drive to Cusco.
Day 8Fly to Iquitos+
Fly to Iquitos. Explore the Amazon River and Rainforest. Stay in Iquitos.
